What is included with every user?
Each user gets a desk phone extension, the UC Softphone app and web phone, voicemail and voicemail-to-email, call forwarding, Find Me / Follow Me, call recording on demand, the user web portal, 911 addresses and unlimited long-distance calling.
Is long distance included?
Yes. Unlimited long-distance calling is included, and there is no need to dial 9 or 1.
Do I need to buy phones?
No. Phone rental options are available, and many users only need the softphone app on their cell phone or computer.
Are there discounts for non-profits?
Yes. We have discounted rates available for non-profit groups.
Can I keep my phone numbers?
